This Government Decree lays out the national arrangements for implementing the EU Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of 22 September 2003 on genetically modified food and feed, covering the placing on the market of GMOs intended for food or feed and of food or feed products containing, consisting of or produced from GMOs.
